At our facility, fabrication takes place in two areas. The first is for long-length parts. It's comprised of
punch and brake presses, multi-head drill tables, and dual-head miter saws with digital readouts. The second
area has a conveyer running between several machines. Stock lengths arrive at the beginning of the line, and
two saws set the rate. Parts are then fabricated as required with a minimal amount of handling. Finished parts
come off the line ready for painting, anodizing, or packaging.
Another aspect of fabrication is assembly or sub-assembly. By providing assemblies that can be easily incorporated
into a finished product, we save our customers time and money via reduced handling and packaging costs.
